How we work

Permit in hand, stress-free

Site Measurement

We visit your property and take precise laser measurements. Existing conditions are documented in AutoCAD as the foundation for all drawings.

Step 03

BCIN Drawing Set

We produce a complete OBC-compliant drawing package and sign it with our BCIN number — no architect or engineer required for Part 9 homes.

Step 04

City Submission

We submit the application, pay on your behalf, and track the file. We handle all examiner comments and resubmissions until approval.

Step 05

Permit Issued

You receive the permit and are ready to build. We remain available to answer contractor questions throughout construction.
